The name 'The Trunk of Funk' originated from my interest in converting vintage suitcases into Bluetooth speakers.  Components from classic British speakers such as Wharfedales, KEF, B & W etc were combined with vintage suitcases from Pioneer, American Tourister, Globetrotter, adding some clever 'tech' to create portable speakers.  Great fun to make, great fun to own and real eye turners. 

This project is currently on hold due to time constraints although - due to demand for 'The Trunk of Funk' cases I intend to return to this in the near future so watch this space. In the meantime I hope you enjoy these images of  ones I made previously.
